CeBIT Hannover is the Europe's largest trade fair for software, hardware and new technologies. This year, a record number of guests from Poland is expected. An example of local success is Media4U which will premiere new software for creating and managing e-commerce platforms.
Cartalo is an e-commerce platform that is the answer of Media4U to the growing needs of customers. Owners of webshops focus on the quality of software and expect efficient solutions, professional technical support and a user-friendly panel with a whole range of available integrations. Representatives of Media4U will talk about the premiere solution in the d! Economy section, one of the four sections available at the fair, dedicated to innovative products and services for e-business. Even before the official presentation, Cartalo was recognized as an innovative software and received solid promotional support. The expansion into foreign markets is supported by the economic mission of the Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Lodz Region. We are going to CeBIT because we know that our software for webshops is just as good, and maybe even better than foreign competition. We want to increase the number of international clients and therefore we must consistently strengthen the recognition of the Media4U brand. This goal is best achieved by presenting their innovations in Hannover - emphasizes Piotr Anuszczyk, marketing director at Media4U.
In 2017 CeBIT Hannover was visited by over 200,000 visitors from all continents and nearly 3.5 thousand exhibitors took part in the event.. The latest edition will probably prove to be record-breaking thanks to the refreshed formula of the fair. It has been extended up to 5 days. Monday was entirely devoted to lectures of global experts from the IT industry, so that during the remaining days you could focus only on the offer of exhibitors. The time for watching may still be missing, because the exhibition area is so large that visitors are offered guided tours. To facilitate the movement of guests, 4 thematic zones have been introduced: b2b, startups & innovations, lectures and campus with artistic events. This year, 75 exhibitors from Poland will meet at the fair. - Most IT solutions for many industrial sectors will be presented. Because this year's edition is different from the previous ones, we expect a lot of visitors, including from Poland. Based on current numbers, we expect about 2500 guests from Poland - predicts Artur Talarek, representative of the organizer Cebit, Deutsche Messe AG.
The development potential of companies participating in fairs is intensified by the fact that the turnover generated by the ICT sector is growing rapidly. In this respect, Poland ranks among the top European countries. Polish entrepreneurs stand a good chance to present themselves as suppliers of innovative solutions while Poland is an attractive investment country. The IT industry belongs to the key and, at the same time, the most prospective for the development of the Lodz region. The region is an attractive location for research and development centers, and information technologies are one of the key sectors of the Regional Innovation Strategy of the Lodz Region. The forecast for the coming years envisages a steady growth of IT companies in the Lodz region. We want them to feel good here and have the best conditions for development, international markets included. Hence, among other things, our annual participation at the CeBit fair - says Witold Stępień, the marshal of the Lodz region. The importance of the IT sector is also reflected in the activities of the Central Poland ICT Cluster, which brings together the best in the industry. - We note with satisfaction that the offer of enterprises from the cluster successfully gains foreign recipients and wins competition on the global market. The participation of cluster companies in industry events dedicated to the ICT industry, especially those of the scale and reach of CeBIT, is very happy. Congratulations on Media4U participation and we wish you success with the new e-commerce platform - says prof. Sławomir Wiak, rector of the Lodz University of Technology.
